Unreported Damage to Armor UPDATE

Yes in my game I was fighting an insane ghoul and an undead fatso with the sharpened machete while wearing a leather vest and a crate cap.
I kicked the ghoul round 1. A few rounds later I started fighting the fatso. I kill him with two slices while he manages to get 1 hit on me dealing 0 damage to me and my armor.

Here's the problem. During the same battle it listed my crate cap as being destroyed in the battle overview, yet doesn't show it in the attack logs. And sure enough my crate cap I was wearing was gone.

EDIT:Okay in my hardcore game I was and still am playing, ALL damage done to any piece of my armor is not being reported, I noticed this because I've been taking .5 damage from some attacks.

Are you playing on a mobile device (or any other device with a small screen? Because in that case, the battle log will hide some elements to avoid cluttering the layout. Try switching your device to landscape mode to get a higher horizontal resolution.

Yeah that's how I play with my phone, but it didn't always do this since I've used my phone for the game before you gave it a mobile update.
