My german is good enough to know what it says, but for others this might be gibberish ;)
It should be saying:
This item helps you to escape from zombies. If you're being blocked by zombies and flee, it is used automatically to improve your chances of escaping

Thank you, I've added a translation for that. Sorry it took me so long, my last week was insanely busy.

Suddenly noticed this message entering/leaving hideout (MP game)

Du hast diesen Ort verlassen  is obviously lacking translation ;)
You've entered this place.

First time i notice this though, weird i haven't seen it earlier.

Actually i think it's new. It used to come up with you have left the hideout but in the town i'm currently in it saying that instead.

You haven't translated the message for cooking the surpreme homemade dish.
It says:

I it should say:
A tasty dish is only half as good when it is cold and unseasoned. So you sprinkle a few spices over it and makes the whole a while to stew in the oven - voila, you've made your food even more delicious!

My german isn't all that great so there may be a mistake in there like 'makes the whole a while' doesn't seem right at all but it gives you an idea of what it should say.

After the message saying that someone is leaving a place it the says:
hat diesen Ort auf seinem Weg passiert

This seems to happen whenever someone moves.

The "Master of Harcore" achievement is probably missing an r. (Hardcore)

The Small Discounter description wasn't ranslated
